The breakfast was delicious and included in the price, also the gardens in the hotel were beautiful. the hotel's location was perfect, being just a few blocks away from the main square and a famous tourist attraction.
The rooms were not up to par with what we expected. the paint was chipped and the furniture looked old.

This hotel is a hidden gem with a lot of character and charm. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and just the right size. the breakfast is amazing, and the location cannot be beaten. You're close to everything, including the pyramid and the main square. the hotel also boasts beautiful gardens which makes for a relaxing stay. the staff is friendly and provides good service.
The noise from outside can be a bit of a distraction at times.

Located near major tourist sites and attractions, making it an excellent base for exploration. breakfast was included in the room rate and had a good variety of dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring guests were comfortable throughout their stay. During Christmas, the hotel had festive decorations which gave the property an even more cheerful vibe.
The rooms themselves were somewhat dated, with dated and worn furnishings. the walls, ceiling and floors were paper-thin, which means guests could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms.

Close to everything. Clean rooms with a good size, warm during the cold night outside and two blankets provided. Traditional Mexican breakfast included. Helpful and nice staff.
